National Public Lands Day: Sandia Cleanup

Saturday, September 26th - 8am

Join us on Saturday, September 26 for a community cleanup in the Sandia Mountains in cooperation with the U.S. Forest Service and in celebration of National Public Lands Day.

The Sandias are one of Albuquerque’s most loved public places, and taking care of them is something all of us can be part of. We’ll spend the morning picking up trash, cleaning heavily used areas, and giving a little back to the mountain that gives our community so much.

Bring your friends, family, hiking partners, climbing partners, or just yourself. Every set of hands helps.

Come get dirty, do some good, and help take care of the Sandias.
